Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cv991 website accessible at https://cv991.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets and services available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus or other incentive issued by cv991 to a Player, whether upon registration or at any subsequent point.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including the submission and review of identity documents as required by cv991 before processing withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with the cv991 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, claiming bonuses, and use of customer support services.

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the cv991 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

cv991 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all bets placed will be voided, and any balance held will be returned minus any winnings generated.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on cv991. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. cv991 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv991 immediately via live chat or email.

cv991 conducts KYC verification as a condition of processing the first withdrawal from any Account. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). cv991 may request additional documents at its discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cv991 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours for fully verified accounts using mobile financial services. Card withdrawals may take three to five business days depending on the issuing bank. cv991 reserves the right to apply enhanced processing times during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. cv991 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the Wagering Requirements set out in Section 6 below.

cv991 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

cv991 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps — are published alongside each individual offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cv991 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address and device.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

• Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through collusion, artificial wagering patterns, or use of automated tools — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cv991 are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules prevail in relation to that game or market.

cv991 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A manifest pricing or odds error has occurred, whether caused by human error, system error or third-party data feed error.
• The bet was placed after the event, hand or spin to which it relates had already concluded.
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet formed part of a coordinated attempt to exploit a system vulnerability or pricing error.
• The outcome of the event was, at the time the bet was placed, already known to the Player through insider information.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed on the Platform are binding on both the Player and cv991, subject to these Terms and the applicable game rules. cv991 does not accept responsibility for interrupted or incomplete bets arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, cv991's settlement decision is final.

Maximum win limits per bet, per day or per market may apply and are displayed within the relevant betting section. cv991 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any Player at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv991. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and their Balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately; failure to do so constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward cv991 staff or other players.

cv991 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Player information may be disclosed to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cv991 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, page layout and code — is the property of cv991 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, sub-licence, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of cv991.

Game software and content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe) remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by cv991 under licence. No rights in third-party game content are granted to Players.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

cv991 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reputational damage, even if cv991 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

cv991 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party service failures or events of force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures or pandemic-related disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits cv991's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

cv991 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, payment terms or liability provisions — cv991 will provide at least seven days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your Account and withdraw any available Balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cv991 operates the Platform for use by players in Bangladesh and intends these Terms to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable standards in the Bangladesh market.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. cv991's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
